As we all know fresh fruit and vegetable juices are so good for you and contain so many good nutrients. They are wonderful for people to stay healthy and can save lives for those who are ill. The experience in just drinking fresh juices is overwhelming to say the least. Good fruit juices will have the nutrients needed for the body and will be absorb quickly, needing very little digestion. These are good for people who might have a serious illness and might not be able to digest raw, solid vegetables. And besides, whether ill or healthy they taste good.

Freshness is so important when considering juices. Whenever possible, make the juice and then drink it right away. This will keep it from losing the nutrients fast as they do once the fresh fruit is squeezed. Buying juices from the super market are not as good for you as fresh squeezed. Through the processing of the juices, all the juices are pasteurized and all the enzymes are destroyed. Most have added sugar, which no one needs. If by chance you can not drink the fresh squeezed juice, store it in an air tight container and store it in the refrigerator. But be sure to drink it as soon as you can. Some will say the enzymes in the juices are destroyed in just a few minutes or up to an hour after squeezing the juices.
So drink your fresh squeezed juices everyday. You will start to see and feel a big difference.

The best tasting vegetable juice some will tout is the carrot juice. As vegetable juices are the builders of the body, most agree that carrot juice is the best to start out with. It can be the bases for other juices. Once you have left refined sugar behind, and you really should, carrot juice is very sweet. Sugar can actually ruin the taste buds, and will make, natural sweet vegetables taste bland. Once your taste buds get back to where they should be, the subtle flavors of the natural vegetables will burst in your mouth and you can feel the music on your tongue. And no your skin does turn orange or yellow if you drink a lot of carrot juice. It is not harmful in any way. Some will swear the beta carotene in the carrots will turn the skin orange or yellow. Bunk. It is the old bile and toxins being released from your body that turns the skin. Once the toxins are gone from the body, your skin will return to its natural color. One thought is do people turn brown because they drink tea or coffee? No they do not, so drink that carrot juice!

And drink those fruit juices as well. They are so good for you. Drink two or three glasses a day of both fruit and vegetable juices and you will be on your way to better health. Here’s looking at you kid!
